To enable, disable or configure Squish Coco for a Visual Studio project do the following:

• Go to Tools > Coco Wizard...

• In the resulting dialog choose Copy build mode and enter the desired name (followed by the architecture specifier from the original entry) and click on Next:

• Select Edit Coverage Settings and click on Next:

• Select entries on the left or the right, and use the left/right buttons in the middle to remove (left button) or add (right button) the selected entry (entries on the right are enabled), and click on Commit to implement the changes:
