Follow the instructions below to generate support information with verbose IDE logs.
Step 1 - Close the Squish IDE (to get rid of older log messages).
Step 2 - Start the Squish IDE again.
Step 3 - Open
Step 4 - In
IDE Internal Logging Level select
Step 5 - ⚠️ Reproduce the problem. Make sure the
Test Results view has the desired error entries (if applicable). ⚠️
Step 6 - Choose
Collect Support Information...
Step 7 - Send the resulting .zip file to email@example.com .
