Symptoms¶
In the Runner/Server Log view in the Squish IDE you may see one of the following error messages:
Runner exited with value 34
Runner exited with value 37
Alternatively, you may see "code 34" or "code 37" when invoking squishrunner yourself.
Code 34 usually indicates an expired license.
Code 37 also indicates a license issue - this could be caused by the failure to find the .squish-3-license file.
Solution¶
In general, previous lines of the log file may help elucidate the problem.
For code 34, contact support.
For code 37, you may need to set the SQUISH_LICENSEKEY_DIR environment variable, if it is located in a non-standard place.
